Exarhos Delibasis

Exarhos Delimpasis born in Volos in 1985 and began his professional career in 2004 in Crete 

He worked for big hotels and he served near great Greek Chefs.
Since 2011 he introduced the Greek creative cuisine to the public of large cities around the world, such as Johanesburg and Dubai.
From April 2016 is the head Chef of Swell Restaurant creating Greek flavors .
